I created Stay Present Events because I believe you should be able to fully experience your event—not spend it answering questions, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, or solving last-minute problems behind the scenes.

The idea came after serving as Maid of Honor in one of my best friend's weddings. Just one week before her wedding, her planner completely disappeared. Watching someone I love go from excited to overwhelmed was something I wouldn't wish on anyone. I helped wherever I could, leaning on my event management experience to take a few things off her plate so she could focus on enjoying the day. Thankfully, she found an incredible day-of coordinator just days before the wedding, and seeing the difference one dependable person could make inspired me to create Stay Present Events.

That experience also showed me there was a gap in the event industry. Many people don't need someone to plan every detail—they've already created the vision, booked the venue, and assembled the right team. What they really need is someone they trust to step in, bring everything together, and execute the event seamlessly so they can actually enjoy it.

Professionally, I've spent years coordinating high-profile events, managing vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, executive schedules, creative projects, and stakeholder relationships for nonprofits, corporations, brands, campaigns, and community organizations across the country. Whether it's a wedding, fundraiser, corporate event, retreat, or community gathering, I've learned that every successful event has one thing in common: someone behind the scenes making sure every detail comes together.

Today, I'm bringing that same level of organization, creativity, and care to events throughout San Diego and beyond.
