Hi, I'm Shyh Lynn Saenz.
I started Stay Present Events because I believe you should be able to fully enjoy your event—not spend it managing timelines, answering questions, coordinating vendors, or solving last-minute issues.
The idea came after serving as Maid of Honor in one of my best friend's weddings. Just a week before the big day, her planner disappeared. Watching her go from excited to overwhelmed showed me how valuable a dependable coordinator can be. That experience inspired me to create Stay Present Events for couples, organizations, and hosts who simply need someone they can trust to bring everything together.
With years of experience managing high-profile events, vendors, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder relationships across nonprofits, corporations, and community organizations, I bring calm, organization, and attention to detail to every event.
